About Desertification

As we age, we experience a number of skin aging problems including dry, tight, and rough skin with gradual buildup of dead skin cells. This is no simple dryness in skin, but the aging of skin’s constitution. It expands for one area to the entire face, and it is call “Skin Desertification”

How to know if you have desertified skin?
Here’s a checklist:
- Your skin used to be fine even when nothing was applied after washing, but now it feels very dry
- Slept soundly but skin still feels rough
- Skin damaged from sleeping late or staying up all night does not heal back like before
- You’ve been applying anything and everything you could but skin still looks bad
- Makeup looks bad and flaky, does not apply well
- Your skin still looks dull and dark despite apply makeup

Directions:

- First step after cleansing the face
- Apply twice a day; once in the morning and once in the evening

• Morning: Awaken the rhythm by tapping skin lightly with your hands
• Evening: Carefully clean your face using HERA’s Double-Effect Facial Cotton Pad
  1) Wave-patterned side is soft and gentle; use when you want to keep your skin clean along with skin texture
  2) Mesh-patterned side helps remove dead skin and dirt accumulated over the day
• Use around 2.5ml per session 

(Note : Always do patch test when trying out new product)
If you have sensitive skin/eczema condition, remember to do any patch test before trying out any product (even if the product was meant for sensitive skin)... I always do a patch test on my inner arm and at the back of my ear (areas that are sensitive - different people have different sensitive area)


The HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0 feel quite watery, not sticky, thick nor oily.... thicker then water but not slimy type.

The pre-water essence feel really nice on the skin. After cleansing, I pour a few drops of the essence on my palm and lightly tap it all over my face and repeat (I repeat about 4 times) until my skin feel cooling to touch and I follow up with my skincare products

Twice or 3 times a week, I will use the cotton square (using the wave-patterned side - softer side) to gently wipe and pat my skin with the cell essence- this helps to remove dead skin and dirt accumulated.
I tried the Mesh-patterned side cotton square once and it irritated my skin (too rough on my sensitive skin).


(Different people have different skin conditions - if you skin is pretty normal and can handle you can use the cotton square daily in the evening~)

I also didn't change my skincare product... just add on the HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0  (So that I know whether this essence does any good to my skin). I use a cream moisturizer and rosehip seed oil.

So after using the HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0  for about 3 days... I noticed that my skin doesn't feel tight on the lower half of my face, skin also feel softer and smoother to touch.
((usually at night - about 2 to 3 hrs after applying my skincare,  my cheek and area around my mouth will feel tight and prickly))

• The HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0 works really well with the skincare products that I'm using. (Pixibeauty rose ceramide cream and Radha Rosehip seeds oil)

• After using the HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0 - twice a day for almost 3 weeks... it does brighten up my skin. Post acne marks look less red and it does even out my skin tone.
• Doesn't cause any skin irritation
• The very obvious results from using the Cell Essence - very smooth skin (skin feel so velvety)
• Visually wise.. with just 2 weeks plus of using the HERA Cell Essence, the results wasn't that strong, but it does make my skin look more dewy and healthy.
• Skin feel more hydrated

Totally enjoy using the HERA Cell Essence Cell-Bio Fluid Sync™ 2.0 because it kinda strengthen up my skin... my skin doesn't feel itchy often and (makeup wise) foundation goes on smoothly with less flakey and dry patchy.
