Recently years, I noticed that my Intestinal Health was kinda going down hill (aging, diet, stress and everythings...). So I have been trying to pay more attention on my diet and "living pattern" ... I know I get bloated easily when I have wheat (and certain breads).

Personally, I find that the powder was a little hard to swallow.. so I will pour out the sachet into a spoon and lick the powder off the spoon with water slowly.

The powder taste kinda sweet and sour ... taste a bit milky


This type of products/supplement may feels and show results differently on everyone.... as for me.. .I do not see obvious results.. But I do feel like this does helps my intestinal health.. I can feel a little different, but I don't really know how to explain it.

• Doean't have any laxative effect nor make me feel unpleasant during the period of taking the CHO Renew.
  
• No side effect on me
  (I say so... because some supplement will cause my skin to feel a little itchy - mainly caused by the ingredients of the "capsule")
  
• I do not have constipation... but the bowel movement doesn't feel quite smooth on somedays... but during the period of taking CHO Renew, my bowel movement feel more normal (doesn't have too much "wind" in my tummy)

Overall, I like the idea of having something to help clean my intestine.... though I can't see obvious results, BUT I can feel a little different. (Not sure is it psychological... anyway, as long as I feel good.. it's good enough, right???)
