Snow White Inspired LOTD

I have to admit that in terms of Disney, Snow White was never my Favourite princess. I always found her character to be a little one dimensional just like Cinderella. Having said that, I was always compared to her due to my dark hair and pale Skin, plus who doesn’t want to be a princess?

Eyes
Body Shop Instablur Eye Primer

I always start with my eye makeup first so I can clean up any fallout and smudging before starting on my face. This eye primer is okay it does seem to blur but it also has quite a dry texture, it’s not my favourite but does the trick. I use this across my lid and under my eyes to prep for concealer.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
I have another one of these in my stash again and I knew that this would work better than my usual Maybelline for this look as it’s a lot paler. I applied this under my eyes and blended it out with a concealer brush.
Urban Decay Naked Palette
I wanted this look to be kept quite simple so I opted for two matte neutral eyeshadows. I started with Naked across the lid then applied Buck into the crease blending the two together to create a more dimensional eye.
Soap and Glory Thick and Fast HD Collagen Mascara
I’ve been trialling this over the last week or so and I have to admit it’s a very black mascara, no watery colour here! I used this alone without any form of lash primer as it creates a lot of volume anyway.
Benefit They’re Real Tinted Lash Primer
I usually use this on both sets of lashes however, I used this on it’s own on my bottom lashes as black mascara on my lower lashes always runs. This is great for giving me fluttery fanned out lashes.
Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl in Nude
A staple in my routine, I like to use this on my waterline to disguise the fact that I don’t sleep very well. This is very brightening and I find that it always makes me look youthful.
Sleek Brow Kit in Dark
Great for sculpting the brows, today though I just used the pigmented wax to fill them in quite softly I didn’t want to go for a statement with this look.

Face
Stila Aqua Glow Perfecting Primer
My current holy grail this is fantastic for dry skin. I love how cooling and soothing this is on the skin. This is very hydrating and absorbs quickly leaving behind a glowy base.
L’oreal True Match Foundation
One of my all-time favourites this is beautiful. This always glides across my skin effortlessly and offers a medium coverage with a dewy finish. Probably my favourite foundation from the high street but I always apply it with a sponge.
MUA Luxe Velvet Whipped Blusher in Ritzy
A newer discovery that I’ll be reviewing this week. This is a cream blusher that looks very scary in the pan but sheers out to create a beautiful watercolour flush on the cheeks.
MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter in Pink Shimmer
My go-to highlighter for the past few months, I adore how this can be used either subtly or built up to be quite intense. I tend to go quite subtle with my highlight but this is beautiful either way.
Max Factor Creme Puff Powder in Truly Fair
I went off powder for a while after the Rimmel Stay Matte finding that ti dried me out but actually this powder is very nice. It doesn’t cling to my dryness but it does set my makeup into place plus it mattifies too.

Lips
Pattina Cosmetics Moonlove Lip Liner in Scarlet
Apparently this Lip Liner doesn’t exist on the internet and I have to admit it’s nothing fancy but it does do the trick. I like to line and fill my lips in before using a red lipstick.
Natural Collection Moisture Renew Lipstick in Cherry Red
One of my favourite red lipsticks this offers a hydrating and creamy formula that’s not slippery in the slightest. It also colours my lips with a flattering pink toned red with a satin finish.

So there we have it, I really like this look and it’s so simple and easy to achieve. I will admit that the hair took me the longest to pin it back and pin the red ribbon into place! If you enjoyed this post please hit the like button and feel free to follow me on WordPress and Bloglovin!
