Our customer Loyalty Points system has finally arrived! Now you can automatically earn loyalty points every time you make a purchase! This is absolutely brilliant news for our customers who return time after time and fantastic news for those of you buying on behalf of a company or work colleagues because you get to spend those points on yourself.
Even better news for all existing customers, we have backdated them and so if you’ve previously placed an order you’ll have points on your account! Big woo hoo!
How does the Mama Jewels loyalty point system work?
- Each time you order from our website you will automatically be awarded 1 point for every £1 spent.
- Each point is worth £0.04.
- As an example, when you have spent £100 you will have 100 points which equate to £4 to spend in our online store.
- We will also be periodically offering additional or bonus points throughout the year. There will even be double points bonuses!
- When you log into your account you will be able to see how many points you have earned.
- You will be able to redeem your points when you place your next order.
- For existing customers, we have back-dated the points and so you’ll see that you already have some points on your account and you can use them right away!
- Each product with have an ‘Earn points’ value underneath the price.
What can I buy with my loyalty points?
- The short answer is – anything on our website (providing it’s in stock)
- If you are buying for yourself then you can use your points to get money off your order
- Or if you are normally a ‘Corporate buyer’ who buys for your team or work colleagues, then you can use your points for a separate order to buy things for yourself!
Do my points expire?
No, they do not expire. In fact, we’ve backdated the points system so everyone who has placed an order since 2019 has points allocated to their account which can be used now if you have enough!
Can I earn extra points?
Yes! Periodically throughout the year, we will be running promotions, events, and incentives to earn extra points. We’ll send you an email to let you know when those promotions are running!
How do I check my points?
Simply log in to your Mama Jewels account and your points total is shown in your account. If you’ve forgotten your account password, you can request a new one. If you can’t access your account at all, send an email to [email protected] and we’ll find out the details for you.
