Hello, lovelies~ If you're reading this before going out the office for lunch, have you applied Sunscreen yet? The sun has been hot lately, so don't forget to apply sunscreen every two hours. I have to admit that it is quite hard for me to find the right sunscreen because of my combination Skin.
There are two version for this sunscreen, one for each type of skin. This one is meant for normal, dry, and combination skin, but I've used it when my skin is oily and I've had no problems with it so far. Excuse the messed up plastic packaging. I kept it for the sake of this review because all the ingredients were on the back.
The sunscreen uses chemical sunscreen (octyl methoxycinnamate, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl, tetramethylbutylphenol, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, and oyctocrylene) to ward off those aging UV rays from the sun. Decyl Glucoside is a mild non-ionic surfactant usually included in products for people with sensitive skin. Propylene Glycol functions as a humectant that helps increase moisture to the skin. It contains dimethicone for that smooth finish and lock in the moisture. There is hyaluronic acid at the bottom, but I don't know if it has sufficient amount to bring about moisture to the skin. It is free from alcohol, ethanol and fragrance, which is a plus for my sensitive skin.
It comes in a light blue squeeze tube with a twist off cap that has 50 grams of product. I haven't taken it with me to travel, but it doesn't take too much space in my makeup bag.
The sunscreen itself has a gel-lotion-like consistency. It doesn't have a strong scent and blends easily to my skin. It feels lightweight on my skin and doesn't leave a sticky or greasy finish afterwards. It does leave a slight sheen on the skin as most moisturizing sunscreens do.
What really sold me on this sunscreen is the lightweight feeling despite its high SPF and PA factor. It also doesn't have a greasy finish afterwards, which seals the deal even more. Unfortunately, it isn't sold in Indonesia, so I may have to ask someone in Singapore to buy it for me. Anyone? Lol.
