I’m extremely happy to share with you the recent happenings! I have been privileged enough to attend one of the best beauty bloggers event I have ever been to at the RMUK Hair & Beauty Day Spa in Leeds. And oh my was that fun! 

RMUK opened their new luxurious Leeds salon and day spa on Great George Street. The building is traditional Georgian property, housed over three floors and boasts a whole host of original and unique features. The hair and beauty salon is beautiful, clean, very stylish, just like a top notch salon that you would typically find in London.

I also got to meet some of my favourite fellow bloggers, Kelly from Big Fashionista, Kay from Cheery LittleThing, Ally from DigitalDiva, Mary from Strike A Pose, Jenna from HepcatBlogs and Jessica Louise from Forever Miss Vanity. It was so lovely to catch up as I haven't seen some of them for some time!

So shall we start the tour?

The first room we were shown is a "Private Room" because sometimes all you need is a little bit of privacy. Or you would like to bring your children along with you but don't want them to be running around the salon. Or because off your religious believes, no one can see your hair. You pick a reason, you have the option!


Let's continue to my favourite room, a "Nail Bar". Why favourite I hear you ask? Well let's just take a step back and appreciate the gorgeous fireplace or have you noticed the wooden stools - they were made from the originals beams! And also, let's not forget the most important fact - you get your nails done! From this room a hall leads to a "Massage Room" (as I like to call them) where you can get your massage - or even a couples massage. They also do facial and you can get a spray tan...and all sorts of other girly stuff that we need in our lives. Check out all the RMUK services here.

Do you remember when I've mentioned they have a bar? Well yes they do and not just an ordinary bar as it was built from the original doors! I'll let you on to a little secret but shhh...Massi, who owns this Hair and beauty Spa with his parents and wife, actually went to a designer college. Not so surprised now, are we, that this salon is such a stylish beaut. Open plant door leads to a terrace with a magnificent view on Leeds where you get to relax and admire the splendid surroundings at the same time. You can even have your friends or partner wait for you there, while you are having your hair or nails done.


The main salon was breathtaking!  It is located on the third floor and there is plenty of spaces even on a busy day. This spacious clean room has also its own fireplace, so trust me, you are covered for the cold winter days ahead.


The lady below is Michelle, Massi's wife. Very lovely lady who cut my hair the week after and it was amazing. With all honesty, I was speechless. She got it right but I'm going to post about it soon so keep your eyes open or subscribe on BLOGLOVIN!


So I've already mentioned that the RMUK Hair & Beauty Day Spa is a gorgeous salon, beautifully designed, full of style and classiness. So I just thought I'd show you some of my favourite features.Are you ready?


The products that they use are the ones of top quality. Aveeda for one is my favourite as they contain pure essential oils. Rmuk uses mainly them but you can purchase many other brands in their reception.


We were also treated to a little refreshment and lots of bubbles. I love these little touches. What is ore, gathering around food is the greatest opportunity to catch up with fellow friends. We get to see each other at different events but we are not always at the same ones so it's amazing to finally see each other and catch up. It's also a great opportunity to meet new people.
