(ENG) We decided that we want write more "how to'' posts or make videos, because it's needed and we know the feeling when no one wants to help. The first subject of these will be online ordering from Serbia. It will consist of three parts. In this first part I tell you the basic informations.
1. From Serbia to Serbia or from abroad to Serbia orders:
-Ordering from Serbia to Serbia you do not need a credit card. You could pay with cash even when the postman or courier brought out the package. Of course, there are sites where you can pay with credit card as well, so when the package arrives, you just need to pay the postage or nothing. This is also a good option when you send a gift to someone.
- Ordering from abroad to Serbia you need the card.
2. What card should I use?
I recommend you Visa Electron Debit Card. With this card you can pay at home and abroad
as well, about the money you can pick up both at home and abroad, and can be used to online payments as well. The only thing is that you could only use or take off the money on the card and nothing more. I do not advise that you use that card you receive a salary, scholarships, etc. for online shopping.
3. Is this page reliable?
When you select the page to order from look up what others think about the site. If you read a lot of negative reviews, it's not worth it to risk it and order, rather find another reliable site.
4. What size do I order?
Each page has a size chart, you will know where to look and which corresponds to the size of the page. Tip: If you order from Chinese sites always go one or two sizes bigger clothes or shoes like the actuall size of you.
5. Enter your personal informations:
It makes sense that in order for the package to arrive to us, you must enter your data (Full name, street, house number, city, zip code, country, phone number). For card payments made to the following data is needed: name of the card owner, cards long series numbers, the card validity date (month and year), and a security code that you find on the back of the card (usually three digits).
6. How do I know whether the order was successful?
Generally, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that successfully ordered things in what size and what you ordered.

(HU) Eldöntöttük, hogy szeretnénk több ,,hogyan-os'' posztot írni vagy videót készíteni, mert nagy rá az igény és mert tudjuk milyen az, amikor senki sem segít. Az első ilyen téma a netes rendelés Szerbiából lesz. Három részből fog állni. Ebben az első részben az alap tudni valókat mondom el nektek mint pl. a Szerbiából Szerbiába vagy külföldről Szerbiába való netes rendelés, milyen kártyát használjatok, hogyan fizessetek, méretek, értesítések, stb. Bővebben ezekről a dolgokról a videóban beszélek, ezért ha érdekel benneteket ez a téma, akkor nézzétek meg.

(SRB) Odlučile smo da ćemo praviti više ''Kako'' postova i videa, jer ste tražili od nas i jer znamo osećaj kad vam niko ne želi pomoći. Prva ovakva tema će biti online naručivanje iz Srbije. Podelila sam na 3 dela. U ovom postu (prvi deo) ću vam pričati i osnovnim stvarima u vezi sa online naručivanjem iz Srbije.
1. Online naručivanje iz Srbije u Srbiju ili iz inostranstva u Srbiju:
- Ako naručujete iz Srbije u Srbiju nije vam potrebna kartica. Možete poštaru ili kuriru platiti gotovinom kada vam izporuči robu. Naravno, postoje stranice gde možete platiti i karticom, tada kad vam isporuče robu treba da platite poštarinu ili ništa. Ovo je dobra opcija u slučaju da nekome šaljete poklon.
- Ako naručujete iz inostranstva u Srbiju trebaće vam kartica.
2. Koju karticu da kosristim?
Preporučujem vam Visa Electron debitnu karticu. Sa ovom karticom možete platiti i kod nas i u inostranstvu, možete podizati gotovinu u zemlji i inostranstvu i možete koristiti za online plaćanje. Samo onoliko para možete potrošiti tj. skinuti sa kartice koliko ima na njoj. Ne savetujem da za online naručivanje koristite karticu na koju vam stiže plata, stipendija itd.
3. Da li je stranica pouzdana?
Ako izaberete stranicu sa koga želite nešto da naručite prvo pogledajte šta drugi mišle o stranici, online prodavnici. Ako stranica ima mnogo negativnih utisaka, nemojte rizikovati. Bolje rešenje je da nađete neki drugi sajt koji je pouzdan.
4. Koju veličinu/broj da naručim?
Svaka online prodavnica ima tabelu sa veličinama. Tip:Ako naručujete sa kineskih sajtova uvek naručite odeću ili obuću za 1 ili 2 broja veći. (Npr. Ako nosite odeću M onda naručite L ili XL).
5. Koje lične informacije uneti?
Logično je, da ako želite da vam paket stigne do kućne adrese , morate uneti vaše podatke (Ime i prezime,ulicu, kućni broj,grad, poštanski broj, država broj telefona). Kada plaćate karticom potrebno je da unesete sledeće: Ime vlasnika kartice,broj kartice, datum kada kartica ističe, zadnja 3 broja sigurnosnog koda (na zadnjoj strani kartice).
6. Kako da znam da je moja narudžba bila uspešna?
U većini slučaja dobićete e-mail sa potvrdom i sa spiskom stvari koje ste naručili.
