I've always been obsessed with interior design and in another life, I would definitely be an interior designer. Since moving house, my obsession has grown and I Love decorating my home. When I told people I was using orange as a Colour Palette, many people thought it was weird. However, I love how it has turned out so wanted to share my inspirations with you.
The Living Room is definitely my favourite room in the house. With the inbuilt fireplace and huge cosy sofas, I find the room super relaxing. The colour palette just reminds me of curling up on the sofa, with a hot chocolate and so I am constantly feeling super relaxed and happy. With the copper and orange tones, it really is my perfect room.
I love different textures and patterns. I think they add a real depth to a room without trying to hard. By combining various colours, weights and textures on cushions, rugs and furniture, it creates something I really love and I'm always looking for ways to add new textures and patterns to the room.
I'm super happy with how the entire room turned out - I definitely think it sums up my home decor style in just one room. It is definitely my little room of autumn and I love it.
