As not to offend, I want to preface this post by saying that I completely get that all moms are technically working moms.  I wholeheartedly agree that raising children is, by far, the toughest job anyone could do. Whether you are a mother who works outside the home or chooses their sole job to be raising a family, the dedication involved is incredible.  The reason why our Mother’s Day post is geared towards working mothers who have employment that extends past raising a family is that our largest focus as a company is styling professional women.

Working women are our sweet spot and what we know best.  In addition, 2/3 of our staff are working mothers because when I needed to expand my team, one of my goals was to tap women who needed the flexibility to raise their families. In a time when many women are still facing the decision to work or raise children, judged for gaps in their resumes, and even in these times, dealing with the lack of understanding of what it takes to be a working mother this was a decision I made to support mothers.  Plus, as I have learned, if you want a job to get done, this is the person you want to hire.
