Initial stocks of this product received alot of flack for its overly long brush applicator which led to defects but I'm happy that they've fixed it to a more appropriate length which makes application a lot more easier and precise. 

It's safe to say that hype for Kylie products has died down a bit and there's a lot of backlash due to the manufacturers/source of the lip kits. Controversy aside, let me give my 2 cents on this product which is the most pigmented and long-wearing Lip Gloss I have tried (believe me when I say I've gone through alot of them during my lip gloss heydays) This lip gloss is made for the more sophisticated adult in mind. Nary a hint of garish glitter or shimmer can be found from its formula. As for its staying power, this lasted me a good 2 hours before I needed to reapply which is considerable for a lip gloss already. The shade is a rich warm nude which looks good on any skintone. It applies dark at first then lightens to a caramel nude later on. As for comfort, this is perfect for those with very dry lips like mine. My lips looked plumped and hydrated and they stayed comfortably moisturized as the product wore off.

Like I've said before in my previous Kylie Cosmetics reviews, you can always opt for a cheaper and readily available dupe/substitute for a product like this the same way you can always find a cheaper dupe for any popular expensive makeup item. If you're a fan of Kylie Jenner and you don't mind spending extra moolah for the quality and satisfaction of getting a hard to acquire cosmetic, then by all means you should get this. I have always been a fan of Kylie Cosmetics since day one despite its many detractors simply because I love the brand, the quality of the products and because I can afford it.
