The City Fitness Live Studio, located in Logan Square, is the home base for the content creation and filming of various workouts that the Evolve Membership plan centers around. Last week, City Fitness invited me and a few local influencers to tour the studio decked out in neon lights and state of the art equipment to deliver high quality videos to user across the city and beyond. It was great to see everything first hand and talk to the staff about adjusting with the times. 

"It’s clear that working out at home is here to stay," explained Ken Davies, Founder, and CEO of City Fitness. "As a gym, and as a business, we thought it was important to create an offering for the portion of the population that wants to stay fit but mostly from the comfort of home. Coaches and instructors can conveniently create and deliver high-quality workout videos through the user-friendly City Fitness App that are available across all membership plans. The workouts are then uploaded to the City Fitness App available to all City Fitness members, anytime and anywhere. By providing potential members with the Evolve membership option, City Fitness brings “the City Fitness experience” to the comfort of their own homes. On top of workouts right at their fingertips, members can enjoy three in-person club visits to the member's chosen home club. It’s the best of both worlds for those who want a true hybrid workout experience!
