My weekend in Dallas seems a long time ago now, and being such a whirlwind trip (see my full travel post from the city here), I forgot to share one of my favourite outfits from the trip… A relatively casual and comfortable look (when I´m the happiest), wearing some of my current wardrobe favourites this spring, which I just can´t seem to live without at the moment…
This Gucci bag has definitely been my best accessory investments this spring; the size is perfect, I love the neutral tan shade (which literally goes with everything). I´m so into cross body bags at the moment, they’re so easy to throw on, and if you get one with enough room to hold all your daily essentials (like this one) you’ll quickly find yourself ditching that heavy tote bag of yours!
These satin mules, part of H&M´s Conscious Collection, have also been a great buy (sadly they sold out within hours – identical in leather here). I love the details and simplicity of them, yet they’re still such a statement piece, and look great with both distressed denim and a slinky LBD.
You’ve probably figured out by now that I´m a total sunglasses addict – and one of my all-time, classic favourites, are the Celiné Baby Audrey’s. The classic cat-eye shape and size is great for my face (they have them in an oversized version too), and I´ve found them to go with any outfit (always a bonus when you´re having to fork out a good amount of money for a pair!).
This camo jacket from Urban Outfitters, which I´ve had for nearly two years now (still in store here), was another winning purchase. It´s not necessarily a piece I´ve worn loads over the years, but in the recent months, I´ve been wearing it non-stop; proving that the camo print is a definite transeasonal wardrobe investment which will always come back in fashion. As are these jeans which I´ve worn so much over the past few years (and customised with my own rips along the way).
