Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it supposed to be summer??

I'm asking myself this very question the last couple of days everytime while deciding what to wear. So, for today's Outfit I picked a light cashmere sweater and cozy cashmere scarf, which is perfect if it isn't either too cold or to warm.
