Newsflash you guys. Essie’s metallic snakeskin nail polishes require patience and a higher level of skill than your typical self-mani. I’m going to give this stuff a third and final try. If I can’t make it look like something more than a smoke-filled Bottle then I’m moving on. 

I mean, a smoke-filled bottle is kind of cool. But at over $11 a bottle, I just don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

Anyway, I haven’t shown off my new flats outside of Instagram so here they are, making their SWF debut! They were brutal on my ankles the first day of wear. But they are quite comfortable now. I usually feel too casual in flats but these are just the right amount of classic to get me {temporarily} ditching my heels.

On an unrelated note, the response to the #barenaked campaign has been awesome! My goal is to post by this Friday, as long as I can get all of Stella’s party preparations out of the way.
