Weekly Favorite Finds In Home Decor 12.8

My car was stolen. In my mind it was anyway, for the hour it took me to figure out that I had blocked a garage, been towed and impounded. Best news all week: car not stolen! Lessons learned: legal parking is better, no matter what; a girlfriend will love, laugh, and guide you through everything life throws your way (thank you Colby…5/2/2/5 forever); and then once all that is done, quick as you can, escape back to your favorite safe place. Mine is all the home goods and some great sales. It’s warm and cozy here.

1/  Kurt Pillow, Pink/Ivory: I might have a major crush on anything blush plus a gold zipper, black stripe and tassel? You too?

2/  Fatboy® Bolleke Rechargeable Hanging Lamp: Tell me this isn’t just the most amazing rechargeable, coolest-looking, functional, rechargeable, portable lamp ever??? Super-fun to hang on a wall hook!

3/  Charcoal Wood Dinner Plate: Something about these plates warms a delicious winter meal and also screams ‘come outside in the summer time for a barbecue and a long sit!’.  Needless to say, they are on sale, and therefore they are on their way to my home.

4/  Sand Pourover 34 oz. Coffee Maker: I’m stuck in a Coffee Conundrum. I’m going to ask you all to help me get out of it. This gorgeousness might be part of the solution. Time will tell.

5/  Round Acacia Wood Cutting Board – Hearth & Hand with Magnolia: Long live my cutting board obsession. How great is the leather handle detailing on this? This would also be great in a bathroom to hold creams etc., or on a coffee or entry table with fresh flowers and candles.

6/  Stairway white 96″ wall-mounted bookcase: These aren’t new to me. But week, after week, after week I find myself placing them, and their shorter and desked cousins, in so many places, and they all end up being the perfect solution! They both stand out and disappear all at the same time. They are super-easy to clean, and are great for both storage and display, alone, or in sets, especially of three.

7/  MISSONIHOME – Lola Beach Towel: When Missoni anything is 50% off, I’m in. Possibly the best looking beach towel ever. Even your yard will look prettier with this/these hanging on a drying line or over a fence.

8/  Yogibo Pod Beanbag Chair: I am a long, faithful fan of Fatboy Bean Bags. It takes quite something to sway my loyalty once you have my heart….and then these did. We placed them in a teen boy room this summer, and that room is still one of my all-time-ever favorite places to plop myself for a take-it-all-in-kinda-think-session. They are soft, comfortable, quiet bean bags, and in this form, have sufficient back support. My son has two on order. He doesn’t know that. When home Decor is delivered in the month of December, we call it a ‘holiday gift’ in these parts.

9/  Scented Candle in Glass Holder : For the vast fortune I spend on my favorite black well scented candles, I have to balance the budget, while maintaining my own personal pleasure, with some more budget friendly yet also beautiful candles.  These come in three designs.  They are gorgeous, and work well into holiday decor and are also classic enough to live year long.

10/  Odetta Media Console I don’t love consoles.  In general.  And then every very seldom now and then one catches my attention and I change my mind.  This is the most recent.  It’s just gorgeous in it’s finish, legs, detailing, and is a perfectly functional storage station.
