t's just like visiting the dentist after every use. Really good water flosser, I highly recommend. If you have teeth with gaps hiding food, or if you have brace- you're lucky. I have use it several times, so let me tell something. 

Merit:
* I love the fact that it is rechargeable, it means you do not need to replace a battery and it can hold a longer time after charge. Plug it in when you are sleeping or going out. No more fussing about finding and replacing battery.
* Cordless design is more convenient to use in different occasion. You do not need kneel down to search socket every where. And it can be stored in back bag.
* Stay rigid longer, and cleaner after use than electric brushes I have used. It reached deeper clearance, and removed residue and tartar that brush didn’t work for.

Demerit
* It doesn’t work very quietly, but I understand that this kind of high-pressure device working with sound.

Overall I am positive with the product. It's not ideal if you compare with professional machine that dentist use, but for family house hold, for personal use at school or travel. It is a nice option among power water irrigator.
It helps a lot in keeping daily oral hygiene. Actually it just takes few minutes every time, doing this also makes it your month fresh , you can add some mouth wash too.
