So excited to be sharing the details of my Baby Shower with you all today. I had seen some photos on my Pinterest about a year ago regarding a teddy bear themed baby shower and I just LOVED it. It tied in my love for neutrals, while still being really cute for baby.
There were about 5 ladies who teamed up and planned my shower for me and I am SO grateful. These things take time & money and it’s extremely generous for them to do it. Can’t wait to plan some friends showers in the future!
Theme: Teddy Bear / We Can Bearly Wait

Loot Rentals was absolutely AMAZING to work with. Their delivery team was fast and set everything up plus took it down. Highly recommend if you’re looking for rentals in DFW, for a baby shower, wedding, etc. They have such a unique variety of furniture and rentals too.
Details:
- Food: Brunch foods. One of the hosts cooked almost all of it and it was DELICIOUS.
- Cookies: Ripple Cookies
- Cake: HEB cake with decor
- Petit Fours: Steins Bakery
- Florals: Trader Joes
- Teddy bears, jars, coffee bar decor, etc the hosts found on Amazon and various stores
- Favors for guests: Mini honey jars
- Polaroid Station for guests to snap photos
- Teddy bear guessing game
- Drinks: Mimosa bar, mocktails, and coffee
What I wore:
I wanted to wear something other than a dress since I’m wearing so many dresses right now with the bump. I came across Club L London Maternity and LOVED their jumpsuits! I sized up to a US 6 even though it’s maternity. So glad I did!
Host Gifts:
For the hosts, I ended up gifting a nice bottle of wine and a bath bomb to every person! One of my girlfriends is pregnant so I did a spa gift card for her. I love cohesive branding so I added cute tags to the bath bombs that said ‘Boys are the bomb’ and printed wine labels that were teddy bear themed too. I found them on Etsy and printed through Avery.
Baby Shower Flow:
I spent the first hour greeting / catching up with family and friends as they walked in. About an hour and 15 mins in, they passed out sheets for the one game we played. I decided to pass on gift opening (makes me uncomfortable) but said a few words / thanked people for coming. Ended with taking lots of photos with friends!
We played one game: it was a mommy/daddy guessing game. I think one or two games are always fun at these things!
I seriously had the most amazing day with so many women I love. They showered me so well and I wish I could’ve paused the day and stayed there a little longer. So ready for baby boy Ezra to be here!
