New Season, New ORGANIC You.

As it embarrassing as it may be, let’s all accept it, choosing your first day of school outfit only got harder each year. Back in high school it became a communal decision between your friends, I mean it basically was social suicide if you got it all wrong. I guess we can say, first impression is last impression?

That being said, as time went by we all eventually got a grip on ourselves; we developed what I’d like to call a Personal Style. From my understanding, one’s personal style doesn’t only encompass one’s clothing choices rather, it overlooks all aspects of beauty such as makeup, clothing, and skincare.

Hence, we suggest that for this upcoming fall; roll around the season with a new you! This new you can simply be an evolved look for yourself, and we think the best way to do this is by an organic approach. I’m sure you’ve heard and seen the new fads of clean eating, veganism, and going green which are all commendable to do. However, for my many of us this transition may be too big of a leap. So, here’s to the ones in my boat: the eight foods we need to incorporate into our daily diet for our radiant and glowing look this fall!

    • Seaweed: Improves the texture of your skin, hair, and nails as well. Also contains alginic acid which absorbs and flushes out toxins in your body.

  • Water: if you haven’t heard this enough, water makes your skin radiant and healthy. Dehydration leads to wrinkles, rough, and dull skin. Stay Hydrated!

  • Flax & Hemp Seeds: A source of complete proteins which flushes out your toxins. It also prevents wrinkles and protects your skin from the sun.

  • Radish: One of the best Vegetable source of Vitamin C. Helps to make your skin glow, and enables connective tissue formation.

  • Vegetables: Helps in maintaining overall health wellbeing. Eating vegetables makes you noticeably radiant

  • Raw Chocolate: Indulge in it as your dessert! It improves your skin structure and texture. Also protects your skin from the sun light.

  • Papaya: Contains abundance of fiber, antioxidants,  and vitamins which all combine in maintaining overall wellbeing.

  • Avocado: Keeps your skin looking moisturized, young, and wrinkle free through its minerals and antioxidants.

We hope this quick guide helps in creating a more beautiful look for you this upcoming season!

Lots of Love xx
