With a bag full of Bintang Radler beer, a couple bottles of sunscreen lotions and our big ‘I LOVE BALI’ beach towels, we got into a cab for Padang Padang beach. This rocky, green beach turned out to be more crowded than we had anticipated. But that couldn’t keep us from Sun bathing and getting a vacation long’s worth of tanning!

With a descent of what seemed like over a few hundred steps, and a few slips and scrapes, we managed to find a sweet spot somewhere amidst the rocks and the golden sand. The crowd, and noise isn’t quite our scene, but we still relished our few hours in the scorching Sun, some dips in the Ocean, and a full view of happy surfers. As our snack of a box of Red grapes and a few pints of beer came to an end, we headed back to our sweet, quiet resort and enjoyed the rest of the sunset walking to and fro on it’s stretch of the beach. Hope you like the pictures : )
