So you thought there wasn’t any way to give your wardrobe a makeover for the colder months? Don’t discard all your cute, short clothes from Spring Summer just yet. Take them out from that raggedy trunk, and get to layering! Before we start with this look and styling, here’s 1/3 of the Summer Dress In Winter series : Girl Next Door.
After the first of the series, I’m bringing you the Banjaari vibes to satiate all the Boho babes that jump on the first chance of piling on rustic jewellery and feeling Desi-Hippie! Using the Summer Dress as a flared kurti, I’ve layered it over a salwar to add volume, and fabric fall in the outfit. More, the merrier for the bohemian souls!
A simple cardigan goes over it for keeping warm, and chunky jewellery along with fishtail braid add a lot of texture and details. Some smudged kohl on the eye, and Mojris finish the look off with a rusty, earthy energy to the look!
PS – Wear a pair of tights under the salwar, and throw on a shawl to add some more banjaran coziness to the look
