eShakti reached out to me to see if I’d like to review them, and I’m always happy to review services and products for you guys so I was up for it in a jiffy!
Here’s my review of the experience-
Designs
In the first glance of their website, you’ll be amazed and quite frankly, even slightly overwhelmed by the sheer number of designs and pieces they have to offer.
The designs are sophisticated and very classy, and all the tailoring looks absolutely polished when you go through the pictures.
If you’re of cosmopolitan
Style and liking, you’ll love the global and international designs they have to offer.
I’d say their forte is in dresses and lowers.
You might even find that some of the designs and styles seem to have mirrored your pins from your boards on Pinterest!

Customisation
Even though they offer you the ease of picking out standardised sizes as ready to wear, you’ll find yourself in luck when you look at their size and style customisation options!
They factor in every aspect of styling and sizing you could possibly imagine, and that’s especially wonderful if you have a specific need.
From things like height, and torso/leg proportion, to shoulder width and sleeve length. They’ve got you covered! You could even change the dress from a maxi length to a short dress, and choose from an array of neck styles. Such a dream for all us picky and finicky buyers! And by that, I obviously mean all women under the big Blue sky ; )
Ka-Ching
The pleasure and joy of buying, owning and wearing a self styled, designer & customised piece at the cost of something similar from an average high-fashion store is absolutely unexplainable!
Delivery
You’d think that tailoring of a unique customised piece would take weeks, if not months. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover their commitment of delivering the product in 7-10 days of purchase.
I received my dress in around a weeks time and the packaging was true to their brand identity- sophisticated, polished and sturdy. None of that frail plastic packing that wrinkles everything up and tarnishes the feel and fall of the fabric. I literally didn’t even need to iron it before I wore it for this shoot! *lazy+happy moi!*
Finishing
On placing the order, I was slightly apprehensive of what fabric I’d receive. I was half expecting shabby, thin, low quality denim..but to my surprise, both the fabric and the tailoring was to my liking. And let me tell you, I’m a hard nut to crack and please when it comes to quality, thanks to Design schooling : )
About The Look
The reason why I picked out this dress from the many options was it’s versatility. It’s always lovely to own pieces you can style in multiple ways and that also can be used as different things. This beautiful dress doubles up as a chic Denim Jacket. Something like this is not just stunning as an independent, stand-alone item in your wardrobe, but also so functional for layering through the seasons!
