Diva on the go: Las Vegas

Hey babes,

So I recently got back from a trip to the one & only sin cityyy! it was a really awesome time so I decided to share it with you.

I know I say this about literally every city ever, but my favorite thing to do here was definitely shopping! It was like a land of sold out items, from Fendi’s new collection to Chanel sneakers that I’ve been searching for forever, they truly had everything. On top of Shopping the food was fab (probably gained like 10 lbs but its fine.) Then, of course, the social aspects were amazing too, I say social aspects because of the fact that there wasn’t really a nightlife, it was basically just a 24-hour party.

Where I Stayed

So i stayed at The Venetian in their Rialto suite which was super spacious and nice. This hotel, like the majority of the other big ones along the strip literally, has everything you need. Like you truly don’t need to leave, they had everything from a Walgreens to nightclubs which was super convenient. They also have entire malls, food courts, and casinos in basically every big hotel which is really cool. The only downside to this hotel, and I know this is a thicc first world problem, but the lighting was horrific for selfies.

Where I Ate

So basically I ate at every taco truck and yardbirds I saw, BUT for the sake of this post I’m going to focus on the two fav places I went for dinner (since I was only there for a few nights)

1. Delmonico Steakhouse

Did I even go on vacation if I didn’t go to a steakhouse? probably not. Which means I’m somewhat of a steakhouse connoisseur and though nothing will beat my #1 harbor 60, this was definitely top 5. The vibes were great, the drinks were great and so was the food. You really can’t go wrong here.

2. Lavo

Obviously, I can’t go an entire trip without some Italian, so I went to Lavo. The vibes here were great, and the drinks and apps were amazing but the main course really did me dirty, not al dente at all. I could just be a picky Italian though so definitely don’t let that sway you away from this super cute place.

What to do

1.Shopping

No matter what part of the world I’m in you’ll definitely catch me shopping. Vegas had amazing shopping as far as designer finds went which I was obsessed with.

One of the coolest malls architecture wise was definitely the crystals, I feel like this mall is definitely a vegas staple for anyone to see whether they lie shopping or not.

The second mall I went too was the fashion show, I mainly went here to get my hair blown out at dry bar but it turns out Urban Necessities was here too which was definitely a good surprise. They had tons of streetwear brands available everything from supreme, bape, ASSC, and even OVO.

The final mall I’m going to talk about was definitely my favorite and that would be the shops at the Wynn. Its essentially a collection of designer shops just like a lot of the other hotels but the service in these stores was next level especially in Prada, Rolex, and Chanel. The service in Chanel was so shocking, due to the fact that in the majority of other Chanel stores it sucks. Like, not even throwing shade but the Chanel store & boutiques in Toronto really need to step their game up because Chanel in the Wynn has them beat x1000. #fangirlmoment

2. Shows

you might think going to a show is super lame but its actually really fun, so do it. These pics are from the Beatles Cirque de Soleil!

3. Casino

Did you even go to Vegas if you don’t get rinsed at the cino? JK I don’t get rinsed, straight Ws, but yaa there’s casinos in Vegas like there’s Starbucks in Toronto so it’s definitely a staple.

5. Wynn & Encore

Guys, you don’t understand HOW cute this hotel is, its a prime location for a photo opp, there’s shopping, there’s gambling, theres a massive buffet, it’s basically my heaven.

6. The strip

The strip is honestly popping day & night so no matter what time you walk around you’ll be able to find some quality entertainment.

Overall Vegas literally never sleeps, no matter what time of the day it is you can definitely find something fun to do. I recommend it to literally everyone it such a fun little weekend getaway and I truly had the best time.

Thanks to anyone who read this far & until next time!

Keep living the good life, xoxo.
