Of course, you are free to head over to WordPress.org and examine different backup plugins. I simply wanted to share with you exactly what I utilize simply because I prefer it. It is certainly, your choice.

WordPress Database Backup

WordPress Database Backup is a great plugin developed by Austin Matzko. Wordpress Database Backup produces a back-up of your WordPress tables (tables are your data…posts, etc…) as well as other details that one can choose within the same database.
