It will show web pages instantly and create a great user experience. Recently, Google has brought AMP to the global main search results, and it is believed it favors sites with AMP in the rankings as well.

Integrating AMP on your Magento store will help you increase user experience for mobile visitors, increase your revenue and most importantly it’s great for your SEO. While Google has not made any official statement saying it is a ranking factor, many believe it does already play a small part in one of the 200 metrics Google uses to rank your store. It’s expected that the importance of this metric will increase in the near future, just like they did with mobile optimized pages. This does however not mean that it is not possible to integrate AMP into your Magento store. You see, product pages and category pages and even your homepage all qualify as static content. The only pages that can’t be optimized are the cart, checkout, login and signup pages. This is not a problem as they would not appear in the search results anyway.
