We’re seeking an attentive Administrative Assistant to join our ever growing team. We are a Web Development and SEO Marketing Agency; carrying out complete website design and builds and executing search engine marketing services that improve customers digital visibility.

If you are motivated, organised and dedicated to putting the customer first we have an exciting opportunity for you to develop within our friendly team.

Working alongside the team you will be carrying out Administrative tasks that keep projects up to date and on time and liaising with clients where necessary, via telephone, email and at times, face to face.

What we’re looking for:

We don’t just measure career experience or even your education – we seek passionate people who are confident with technology, super organised and willing to learn. Below is a list of the basic skills would be good for the candidate to have:

• MS Outlook
• MS Excel
• Highly organised
• Confident using a computer (we are a digital agency with minimal paper use!)
• Good customer services skills; including a good telephone manner

The successful candidate will be joining a small but friendly team, ensuring the smooth running of all office systems and procedures, at the same time liaising with customer and other employees.
