Sleep Reset is a new app that claims to improve Sleep quality without the use of medication. The app uses cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, as well as coaching and tracking tools, to help users develop better sleep habits. A study conducted by researchers from the University of Arizona found that Sleep Reset increased participants’ sleep time by an average of 44 minutes. Those who were getting less than six hours of sleep a night increased their sleep time by 85 minutes. Additionally, nearly half of the participants stopped using sleep aids after completing the 12-week program. The study involved 564 participants who used the app in accordance with a standardized curriculum, which included personalized coaching tips and weekly themes related to sleep habits. The app is available for a seven-day trial period for as little as $9, and there are options for those who cannot afford the full price. Sleep Reset is non-medication based, and the researchers behind the app claim that it is non-habit forming and devoid of side effects.
