Students will participate in a service learning project, creating a portrait of an orphan with art from their country, learn about Russian Art, Russian people, and the orphan's experiences living in that country today.

Students will draw an orphan from Russia in traditional Russian clothes with Russian art, and use "the elements and principals of art"/pattern used in Russian Pysanka eggs in their portraits.
