Client: Nitro Nobel Group

Problem: Nitro Nobel Group became aware of the need for an Identity able to communicate the values and character of the company and that could contribute to making a difference on the market.deals in organizing Neuro-Linguistic training courses, personal and professional development.

Solution: The new Logo manages to bring the distinct mark in the Romanian specialty landscape “suffocated” by corporate elements and dominated by colors such as red, blue, gray and black. Because the purpose of these courses is performance, inner organization and build I chose as a symbol for this logo, the 3 pieces of puzzle that make up a whole. Within the implementation project of the new identity,  a unitary set of specialized stationery was created.

Considering the large number of communication materials prepared “in house”, the fact that most of the employees were involved in the process of communication, as well as the fact that they had low knowledge of design, it was vital to create an identity manual. This uses an accessible language, presenting the different rules and identity elements to the understanding of people with no experience in design or marketing communication.
