Birmingham Railway Museum Trust runs the Shakespeare Express steam train service between Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon every Sunday from July to September. www.shakespeareexpress.com/se.htm I thought at one stage I wasn’t going to get this shot I positioned myself on the platform at Whitlocks End station and just as the steam train is expected round the bend along comes a little local train (type I can photograph every 15 minutes). As nobody was get on or off it moved away in no time and just got out of sight as the star attraction made an entrance. |
