Earth societies at present
have undergone a bleak transformation to manifest planetary social environments
where the horrors of greed, materialism, corporate thinking and
institutionalized military indoctrination has
resulted with a military industrial corporate complex with regulated
information media along with a social tradition of people giving their attention to escapist entertainment storylines. Movies, TV shows, computer games, novels, plays and even songs are now expressing negativity in diverse ways. Altogether, today a status
quo of illusory materialist philosophies are perpetuated instead of attention being
given to data making it possible for people to achieve expansion of
consciousness about metaphysical, spiritual and cosmological aspects of
life on Earth and in the 'afterlife.'
Considering interaction with 'guardian angels'/'spirit guides' and 'channeled entities,' for each occasion a particular 'guide' or 'guides' manifest that is "best adapted for that occasion". The information dispensed through an Individual 'channel' is expressed in ways that make use of that person's vernacular. Usage of figurative language must be interpreted; in the Ballards case chronology, some of the 'Ascended Masters' are noticeably figurative personifications associated with the 'Godhead'/'The God Force.' For example: in 1838 'Goddess of Liberty' declared:
. . . I presented to Washington the future of America. The Vision was given not that it had to be fulfilled, but rather to awaken mankind to their own Power of Light, that the last episode of that Great Vision shown him might be averted. in conjunction for the next three years, with the Legion of Light, to

Beloved students, you must surely understand that the world at large does not know of this Mighty Presence or how individuals can give the needed assistance. I assure you, beloved ones, that this Presence is the Only Sustaining Power in the world. Unless human beings consciously, through the intellect, heart and feeling world, know that the Presence is ALL, is in their hearts and gives them Life; there is no other sustaining power. This is what has been needed by all of mankind throughout the centuries, and today by America.If you saw, as We do, the undercurrent and seething vortex in Europe, your heart would almost stand still. That which is termed the sinister force, which is but human creation, directed by certain intelligences who have failed on the Pathway of Light, is always watching for an opportunity to draw the students aside from the Pathway of Light.The amazing thing is that those of mankind who have studied metaphysics for years, or the various angles of Truth, do not seem to realize that the first fundamental Law of Life, which they have passed over, is that what you send out from your feelings and through your feelings, you are compelled to reap.The Messengers have told you: with sufficient call or a sufficient number calling from the octave of earth to the Ascended Masters, the Great Cosmic Beings and the "Mighty I AM Presence," that Protection can be given which will minimize the destructive activity for the earth.I tell you, dear ones, that the Light of God, which is the "Mighty I AM Presence," cannot fail and only those will fail who turn aside from It. A correlating way of expressing the lesson of the 'I AM Presence' pivotal to the oration channeled through the Ballards is the phrase 'Christ Consciousness'. As chronicled in The "I AM" Discourses (1935), on Christmas Day 1932 'Saint Germain' spoke "over the Light and Sound Ray" to deliver an invocation stating "We are all one." Ascended Master 'Nada' than delivered a discourse that includes a passage about 'Christ Consciousness,' as follows.
So long, individuals have wondered how to attain the Christ Consciousness. The first mighty step is in the recognition of the "great I AM Presence," God dwelling in you. The second step, is in the use of that "I AM Presence," for when you say "I AM" with the understanding of what it means, you have then and there entered into the Christ Consciousness.
It does not mean you immediately express the fullness of that Christ Consciousness, for you must first know where you are going and what you wish to do, before you can accomplish it.
All the Ascended Ones have gone the same path and use identically the same application; because all roads lead to the Great Central Sun, the Godhead.
Our beloved Brother Jesus performed one of the greatest blessings to mankind, in not only setting the example from his birth and achieving the Ascension; but in making the Eternal Record that stands radiant, pouring Itself to humanity.
During a discourse given on March 29, 1938 in Washington, D.C., Nada spoke about the nature of life's disturbances and the transcript was featured in the May 1938 issue of The Voice of The I AM.
Mankind has believed that persons, places or conditions were responsible for their disharmony. Such is not the case. There is only one cause and that is your feeling world — your own feeling world. If you respond to discord for any reason whatsoever, you are then placing yourself on the side of the destructive activity which is weighing the world down today. When you see this, you will no longer allow any person, place or condition to create a feeling of disturbance within you because you will know that it is just an activity of what Saint Germain terms the sinister force; which after all is just human creation which wants to deprive you of your freedom. It is not persons, places or conditions, but it is just an activity of a destructive force which wants to hold you bound. If you have a feeling in you of disturbance, it is a prompting and should be a signal to sop everything instantly and still yourself.You have always been trying to control the thought, but the feelings ruled always. When you know it has been the feeling that caused the difficulties in your activity, you can enter into the governing of all conditions by the Power of your Presence.The people who criticize the Messengers and criticize This Work — the Expansion of the Light, will meet such distress as no human being will ever wish to see because they are its creator. It is the action of their own Life qualified by them with destructive feelings and they cannot escape. No one can. No one can prevent it but themselves. Therefore, how unfortunate individuals are who yield to that unfortunate condition . . . too late they will see it.If individuals will not listen, then they must still reap the unhappiness. Therefore, We do the best We can to have mankind understand . . .Therefore, let us move on, and on, and on into the full power and Victory of the Light.
In The "I AM" Discourses—the first collection of discourse transcripts in the 20 volume Saint Germain Series—a New Year's Day Discourse by 'Jesus' in 1935 offers a variety of declarations about the Ascended Masters' instruction. Jesus's statements reflect a synthesis of perceptions of 'reality' according to biblical depictions of the Christed 'Jesus' compounded with the new Instruction related to the 'I AM Presence.'
When you can fully accept This Truth and apply It in your own world and activity, you will have all the proof required in your own experience, to enable you to know the Full Power of the Truth of which I have spoken.
To all who can accept This Truth, it will enable Me to charge their consciousness and fill their worlds and activity with This Truth. They who doubt must wait, for doubt and fear are the two doors through which every human being must pass, to know and have his Full and Complete Freedom. The key that unlocks these doors is Divine Love in each one's acknowledgement of his own "Mighty I AM Presence," as the Fullness of the Power of Divine Love Acting.

The Ascended Master is One who is using the Inner Consciousness of His Achievement. Evert particle of Consciousness, which He is using, is that through which He attained. The Consciousness, which the Higher Mental Body is using with the unascended being, is not the same consciousness as that of the Ascended Master Who has attained. Try to follow this closely. The Consciousness, which the Ascended Master is using, has attained and knows all the requirements of the human. When the Higher Mental Body cannot have sufficient dominion, in the human form and the feeling world of the individual for any reason whatever, It calls into Assistance the Ascended Master, who projects the Ascended Master Consciousness into the FEELING WORLD of the individual. This enables the Higher Mental Body to do the thing It could not do without the Assistance of the Ascended Master.
Now is it clear to you how important the Ascended Masters are to you today? The world would be helpless without Them! There are a great many giant intellects who scoff at the idea of the need of an Ascended Master. Well they are unfortunate indeed. The one who has the giant intellect, so-called, is in a dangerous position, dear people; for without humbleness before the Great Essence of Life, little will ever be gained. No matter how great the Powers you wield, beloved young people, never forget to always maintain a humbleness; which keeps your door open to the Perfection of Life.Because of its many translations, it [the Christian Bible] is hardly recognizable compared to what its Reality was in the beginning. Everything suffers through translation, for human opinions are always imposed upon the original. So it is with the Great laws. The Great Cosmic Beings, seeing that things were coming to a point where the misunderstanding of mankind was endangering individuals' very existence; then the Great Beings said: "This must be changed." The Great Law of Life must be brought forth in great simplicity, that mankind may understand.

I told you the other day that a certain destructive thing had been destroyed. I may not tell you the location of this of which I am going to speak; but a concentrated action was attempted in the orient and in Europe to band together certain aerial forces to bring destruction to our America. Five times, I intercepted their messengers. In the case of the last one, I was compelled to turn back upon him his own viciousness, which destroyed his physical body, in order to stop it from reaching its destination. Then, I sent back a message to them and the originators, who are very vicious and wholly within the claws of the sinister force. I said: "If you attempt further destructive activity of that kind and you start those planes for America, I will destroy every one and the people that are in them! If you think that you are going to produce wholesale slaughter, in a country where I have found obedience and for which I have worked for two hundred years, then if necessary, I will destroy your whole army! and if you think I cannot do it, try it out!"
Beloved people, in the joy and happiness—shall I say of your tranquil world here—do not be deceived! The destructive forces are waiting, like a leopard on a limb of a tree for its victim to pass under.. . . I never can quite tell what the human of individuals is going to do, you see! Therefore, I have to carefully find out whom I can depend on.There are quite a number in this room who, with complete harmony maintained, would make their Ascension in this embodiment. Dear ones, there is not a thing in the outer world which matters at all, in comparison to this obedience to your life; for without it, you probably will not even be here nor have any place to be.Through every civilization that has ever been, We and all the Ascended Masters have always told the Truth to the people. This time, We are having greater response than in the hundreds of civilizations that have gone out of existence.

In revolving a thing over and over in your mind is how the feelings generate which sometimes bar you from future success. If a mistake has occurred, a wrong in your Life, call on the Law of Forgiveness, for the other person and yourself; and then wipe it out of your memory.
Suppose a man has, as the human self claims, taken from you a lot of money which you believed belonged to you. Discordant feeling within you would prevent it from ever being returned to you; even if the Law of Life saw the way to have it done. There are hundreds of people in America today from whom great sums of money have been taken. The Law of Life would have returned it, if they had kept their feelings harmonious toward the condition. Gentlemen, you cannot tell what the Inner Law—the Law of Life—is doing; because you do not know how much the Light within you has expanded. Until you do know something definite about It, how can you tell the way the Power and Light will act to bring Divine Justice to you?
Today, in your understanding of the Presence and the calling forth of Divine Justice in your Life and world for yourself and all mankind, do you not see how you have complied with the Greatest Law in the Universe? In it there could not be a loss to you.
In the understanding of this Great Law, remember that mankind is but the custodian of that which is given into individuals' use. The Great Presence of Life is the owner of all there is in this Universe. Now the proof is that, when you come into embodiment, you do not bring anything with you, but Life, do you? You do not even bring the garments of the outer world; and when you leave these bodies, you only take Life with you, do you not? Of course, many do not understand that. People think they do not take Life with them. Many think it is the end of all; but such is not the case.
These bodies are just garments which you wear, the same as the flesh garment is covered by the clothes you wear. In the same way, the Light pattern of your body is clothed by the flesh which you call your human form.Therefore, in the correct Understanding of Life and Its Activity, all which is in Life is here within your own Stream of Energy. All that ever came into physical form, came through this stream of Life and Energy as an idea. Without this Intelligence and idea flowing through the brain and anchoring within the heart of the human form, there would be no means of conveying Intelligence by which mankind could act.
This point is the greatest thing in all human Life and experience. Once you understand this and see why Life brought forth all that is in physical form, then you can see and understand how your attention to this Great Presence of all Life will bring to you Its Limitless Powers; because it is the governing Intelligence of the Universe. It knows no opposite. There is no one thing in all human creation which can interfere with the Outpouring of this Great Presence and Energy which is Light.Through the Radiance poured out from your heart, it releases a harmonizing All-powerful activity into the world around you. That Radiance goes into your business before you get there. It harmonizes and prepares the way so when you appear Its Light and Love have harmonized and prepared the way in your business for the successful accomplishment of what you desire as long as your motive is right and there is no desire within you to deprive anyone of that which belongs to him.
That is where individuals have wronged themselves and created such tremendous limitations. Having forgotten the Presence, they begin to feel and have thought more and more, that they must use some cunning scheme, to deprive their fellow man of things.Gentlemen, I plead with you, start in with definite sincerity and determination to have the Power of your Presence come forth and take command of you and your world; to pour Its Mighty Radiance into your world and activity and see how quickly everything will change.
Look at the Messengers dear people! You surely need no further evidence in the world to make you realize the transformation which has taken place in their individual lives. The Power of the destructive forces against which they have been able to stand is unparalleled. The evidence is irrefutable to anyone who cares to observe honestly!

Beloved ones! Look into Europe today! You see the destruction of nations by a few individuals who have but human power. Then tell Me, that the Infinite Power of Light is not greater? That the Infinite Power of Light cannot sweep those human beings from the face of the earth who refuse to serve the Light?
Beloved ones, why do you think that there has been so much discord and so many attempts to destroy the Light in your city? Because centuries ago your Temple of Light was destroyed by one who is embodied in your city today. That is why. That is why I come to you tonight to annihilate cause and effect of everything for which that individual has been the encouragement to the forces of darkness to pour forth into your city. That individual has no power! I withdraw all power tonight!
While you are standing rejoice with Me that five of the black magicians who were using that individual and did centuries ago, were seized this afternoon. Behold, why and how was that done? I congratulate those of the Staff who have been making this call individually and you of the students; that the cloak of invisibility be withdrawn from the black magicians who had yet been in hiding, and it is doing its work, thanks to you all.
I tell you that these five black magicians had attained great power of the Light, when they failed and turned from the Pathway of Light. I will not go into the reason why, but they had the understanding and the Power to use the cloak of invisibility. I congratulate those, including our precious Lotus [Lotus Ray King is the honorary pen name accepted by Mrs. Ballard], who have conceived the idea to decree for releasing them; and our blessed Betty, who conceived that it might be possible that some of them had attained the power to clothe themselves with the cloak of invisibility. That was a great inspiration, for it has been true. Surely and steadily, and this is the proof of it, every one will be unclothed of that cloak of invisibility and be removed from the attempt to destroy mankind.
I think I should tell you tonight that one in Los Angeles who is preaching such viciousness, such falsehoods against the Messengers was one who caused the crucifixion of Jesus in that embodiment. That is how We know the Reality of Life; and when those individuals continue that destructive activity embodiment after embodiment, can you conceive of anything more pitiful in all the world? Watch out for human sympathy. Do not let it act. Arise in the Power of your Presence and call for their release; call the Archangel Michael with the Sword of Blue Flame to descend and cut them free from further destruction. That is how you heap coals of fire of good upon the heads of destructive individuals.
That is why this Activity of the Light that knows no obstruction simply moves Perfection in; and these precious Messengers in all the viciousness that has been said about them, the falsehood and that force which has been projected at them, is unable to touch them; and they call blessings and the Power of Freedom upon those who act so viciously.

. . . one of the most deadly things in America today, as the Mighty Victory has told you, is the subtle secret activity of dope. The marijuana weed, which has become so generally known among mankind, is destructive enough; but that is only the feeder to other things that absolutely wreck the feeling world of mankind. Remember, gentlemen, the things are substance! They are not like just a mental activity. They are substance and if that anchors within your feeling world, you are under its possession and claw.
Therefore, I urge you to watch! Stand guard and under no condition take such a thing into your system; because it will begin to act in your feeling world and before you know it, your feeling has become wide open to the mass accumulation of destructive forces; your desire for the Higher Ideals is gone; and you sink under that nefarious thing. There are thousands in America today who are under that tragic, terrible influence. Only one who is familiar with the effect produced by it, can by looking into the eyes of the individual tell what is there. You do not realize how cunning the sinister force of human discordant creation is; because it will watch every individual, while in the presence of another. Unless you can detect it in the eyes, you will not know it is there in the other individual.
This point is so subtle that the average individual would never detect it in the world. It is in the feeling world of the individual. This vicious substance goes forth by the power of radiation. For instance, if you eat onions or garlic you will find the odor going forth from your body and from every cell of your body. In identically the same way this substance will go forth through radiation from the marijuana weed and produce the same condition in others. Dope flows through the same condition in others. Dope flows through radiation and touches the feeling world of others. Then, the individual has been a part of putting that essence into the feeling world of another individual. If it continues, it will create the same desire within the individual and will draw them into its use and destruction.
Such is the responsibility of each one to his fellow man. We have seen that operating. (For comparison: 1994 Message)

It is a battle between Light and darkness for the entire earth and unless America stands as the Cup of Light, you will scarcely know what the formation of your Earth was compared to its form today. In the recent earthquake in the Pacific, it shifted the force of the gas belts through the earth to many points where greater effort and greater call are needed. The sinister force attempted to shift the pressure to this little spur of the gas belts that comes down from Boston, into New York and into your Philadelphia. The black magician who was directing it was caught in time, to prevent its force from reaching to the ends of those gas belts. If that had occurred it would have acted in New York and Philadelphia.
My dear people, when you realize that mankind having given no thought nor attention to what they were doing with Life, yet constantly using It for discordant purposes, is it any wonder that humanity must take a stern firm determined stand today in order to reverse all the currents that have been qualified through the ages?

Remember, while the black magicians are all seized and removed from this earth, still their claws in human form must be governed by the Power of this Light and, unless they are controlled, they will open ways to great destruction.
Shall I explain to you just what takes place and why individuals in official positions are so often used by sinister activities? It is all hypnotic force. Take an agitator and in the people who do not think for themselves, in ten minutes he can stir the feelings of that group of people into a white heat against the thing about which he is talking. That is mass hypnosis of the feelings of the individuals, because those qualities are destructive.Those in official places are acted upon by that same vicious force. Have you observed what tremendous attention through instruction has been given to the mental power of the world in the last forty years? Various activities have drawn powerful attention to the mental power of mankind. If you use mental power alone, you will soon destroy yourselves. Mental power is magnificent when directed by the Power of Light from the heart, but if it is just mental force it becomes as cold and hard as steel and has no good thing within it. It will originate, generate and create the desire within mankind which makes the individuals abnormally dominant, for such individuals want to dominate everything which comes within their observation. That is what is the matter with many activities today.
Why do many people in certain activities hate these Messengers and this Light? Because this Instruction teaches people to be free from the clawing domination of other human beings, thanks to the Power of Light which has brought This Understanding to mankind; for one day Its Radiance will spread and all human beings WILL BE as free as the air they breathe. They will have the Perfection of life flow forth naturally into their world of action and hold Its Dominion there. It has to come, no matter what you have to go through.
If your efforts are not sufficient in calling the attention of mankind to this Light, the most devastating war ever known on earth will come here. Still, following it there will come the "Peace that passeth understanding" and the Reign of Light upon this earth; but so few will be left that it will take a long time to build up what you could protect and maintain today.

Remember dear, dear people, Our Gratitude to you for your loyalty to the Messengers and this Light is beyond all description, for you mean the release of the earth from all destruction and without you, it would be impossible. Not only are you gaining your Freedom in all ways and your Ascension, but you are that which is producing the Freedom for the rest of the world.
