(My personal response to this photo for this news article presented to me by my Internet browser MSN My Feed is that this is an example of the superstitions accepted by individuals as an assumed imperative involving world capitalist supremacy winner-take-all patriotism.  Currently prominent throughout the regulated mainstream news media are blatant military programming/brainwashing indoctrination deriving from people in government leadership roles having personal inclinations that conducting in a world war will enhance one's personal social prestige despite world wisdom traditions offering such commandments as 'Thou shalt not kill' and "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor."  The website for the free Internet edition of TESTAMENT chronicles how new spiritual advice was communicated from The God Force, including "Love is the only true religion.  God is a Socialist.  There is only one country.")

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Friday that his country is open to diplomacy with Russia in the interests of negotiating an agreed end to the war in Ukraine, although he noted that Moscow is not in favor of this path.

"We reaffirm our commitment to meaningful diplomacy that can end the war, even as Moscow continues to demonstrate by its escalatory actions that its pretense of being open to diplomacy is as hollow as it has been since President Putin launched his invasion in February," the State Department head said at a press briefing.

However, while Blinken has noted that the United States "is and is again by all means considering" diplomacy as a means of ending Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Russia "shows no signs of being willing to engage in meaningful diplomacy in any way."

"When it comes to diplomacy to end the war, it depends entirely on whether Russia gets to a place where it is actually interested in stopping the aggression that it started, and we have not seen evidence of that at this point," the secretary of state has noted, according to a statement from the department he heads.

Instead, Russia would be "doubling and tripling down on its aggression" by partially mobilizing hundreds of thousands of Russians, or holding the "sham" referendums to annex four Ukrainian regions, according to the U.S. government.

In this sense, he remarked that "the fundamental problem" of the Ukrainian people "is not only extraordinarily brave and resilient, but also very successful in repelling aggression and regaining their land."

For this reason, according to Blinken, Russia would not be willing to open negotiations, since "Ukrainians fight for their country, for their land and for their future," while Russia does not.

"The sooner Russian President Vladimir Putin understands that and comes to that conclusion, the sooner we will be able to put an end to this war," the head of the US diplomacy said.

Here's the U.S. Department of State biography for the man who is the subject of this News 360 article —

Antony J. Blinken

Secretary of State

January 26, 2021 - Present

Antony J. Blinken is the 71st U.S. Secretary of State.

He was nominated by President Biden on November 23, 2020; confirmed by the U.S. Senate on January 26, 2021; and sworn in by Vice President Kamala Harris the following day.

Over three decades and three presidential administrations, Mr. Blinken has helped shape U.S. foreign policy to ensure it protects U.S. interests and delivers results for the American people.  He served as deputy secretary of state for President Barack Obama from 2015 to 2017, and before that, as President Obama’s principal deputy national security advisor.  In that role, Mr. Blinken chaired the interagency deputies committee, the main forum for hammering out the administration’s foreign policy.

During the first term of the Obama Administration, Mr. Blinken was national security advisor to then-Vice President Joe Biden.  This was the continuation of a long professional relationship that stretched back to 2002, when Mr. Blinken began his six-year stint as Democratic staff director for the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.  Then-Senator Biden was the chair of that committee from 2001 to 2003 and 2007 to 2009.

During the Clinton Administration, Mr. Blinken served as a member of the National Security Council staff, including two years as the senior director for European affairs, the president’s principal advisor on the countries of Europe, the European Union, and NATO.  He also spent four years as President Clinton’s chief foreign policy speechwriter, and he led the NSC’s strategic planning team.

Mr. Blinken’s public service began at the State Department.  From 1993 to 1994, he was a special assistant in what was then called the Bureau of European and Canadian Affairs.  Now he is proud to lead the department where he got his start in government nearly 30 years ago.

Outside of government, Mr. Blinken has worked in the private sector, civil society, and journalism. He was a founder of WestExec Advisors, an international strategic consulting firm focused on geopolitics and national security.  He was a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies from 2001 and 2002.  Before joining government, Mr. Blinken practiced law in New York and Paris. He was also a reporter for The New Republic magazine and is the author of Ally Versus Ally: America, Europe and the Siberian Pipeline Crisis (Praeger, 1987).

Mr. Blinken attended grade school and high school in Paris, where he received a French Baccalaureat degree with high honors.  He is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School.  He and his wife Evan Ryan have two children.

Note from MRB:

This year I’ve been campaigning for a return to international diplomacy and for citizens to express themselves to stop national leaders from opting to carry out deluded military agendas that they estimate will enhance their personal prestige.  Right now throughout the world there are horrible conditions resulting from the breakdown of international diplomacy.  For many decades it has been culturally traditional for countless people to rely on military-industrial complex-controlled mainstream news and also give their attention to entertainment, instead of developing their metaphysical, spiritual and cosmological understanding of life.  Considering the many billions of dollars used for military aid to Ukraine, the money would have been better used in support of America's homeless and disenfranchised along with finding ways to help improve the lives of people internationally, in particular Russia to evade nuclear war that will destroy the environment of our planet.  Proxy war is also war against man and God.  When contemporary world leaders plainly state ultimatums to one another, only someone with a mentality indoctrinated to be passive to the mindset of 'military programming' would fail to advocate diplomatic ways of resolving problems.  Recent blog articles have focused on the circumstances related to the reasons that 'those who live as sheeple will perish as sheeple' unless collectively we may through working together express enough love and respect to our fellow humans to take society beyond illusionary devotion to nationalism-oriented paperwork principalities.  Providing intellectual and spiritual insights for us are what may be learned from being attentive to documented Divine Dispensations that have been subjects for reporting at this blog for many years.  (Metaphysical Articles Index)  Warnings for mankind have included apparitions of the blessed virgin Mary and contemporary correlations with the life of Bel-Marduk, the ancient god-king-priest who wasn't able to prevent a holocaust in the ancient world.
