Studio Science is seeking a designer to help support and grow market-leading brands. This role will organize complex information in simple ways to tell their stories to the world.

This individual must be an exceptional designer, strategist, and collaborator, familiar with evolving best practices and passionate about developing work that balances business objectives with great storytelling. The role requires a self-starter who’s collaborative, creative, and passionate about the success of our customers. If you use design to envision the future, adapt quickly, and thrive by working with innovative clients, this is the place for you. This role reports to the Visual Communication Design Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Be strategic in your approach to design
  • Contribute ideas to meet our clients’ goals across various deliverables, including physical, digital, and interactive
  • Collaborate with other designers, writers, and strategists to create engaging solutions
  • Approach problems inclusively and equitably to design solutions that deliver better experiences for everyone
  • Express your point of view thoughtfully across communications to the client, with the team, and broader studio
  • Build strong relationships with clients that foster trust and inspire confidence
  • Prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time

Requirements

  • Strong visual problem-solving skills – deconstructing complex information for easier audience understanding
  • High-level of attention to detail, ensuring solutions align with existing creative standards
  • 1-3 years experience in an advertising agency, design firm, or as part of a marketing team (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of the interests, needs, and concerns of modern businesses (B2B and technology sectors a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Embodies a proactive approach and learner’s mindset; an ability to thrive in an environment of continual feedback
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a plus

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.
