Serves makes 18 bliss balls
Bliss balls with a caffeine hit.
Ingredients:
- 24 pitted dates
- ¼ cup of almonds
- ¼ cup of cocoa nibs
- ¼ cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon of creme de cafe (coffee flavouring)
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Method:
- Place everything into a food processor and process until a smooth dough-like paste forms.
- Spoon mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Roll a spoonful of the mixture into a ball, and repeat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can leave the bliss balls bare or roll them through cocoa powder, coconut ect.
