It is formulated with keratin and silk protein to increase manageability, hydrate and strengthen hair, and help eliminate frizz. Yes, I found that it did help manage my frizz and improve my hair's manageability. What I didn't particularly like about the product was that it felt like it weighed my hair down; this might be due to the sunscreen in the product.
