How Freelance To Win Became The Perfect Website

When starting a Business, confidence is key.

You need to have faith in your ability to succeed. This can be really stressful! Self-doubt is a feeling most business owners are familiar with. A good way to get over that feeling is referring to experts and seeking out advice. There’s another great trick to getting over that stress, too: make your business fun! Your business should be something you’re excited and passionate about. As much as you have to go through to build a business, the reward should be the business itself. Founder of Freelance to Win, Danny Margulies, credits his creativity and passion for his business for his success. We asked him to tell us more about his story.

What inspired you to start a business?

My main inspiration for starting Freelance To Win was: FUN! I like to figure things out, solve problems, and be creative. Starting a business lets you do all of that and help others at the same time — win-win.

Where do you get business advice from?

I soak up as much business advice as I can from Ramit Sethi, James Altucher, and Seth Godin. And from myself, too! I used to think, “I’m just a wantrepreneur — what do I know?” But over time you develop your own vision and instincts, which are the biggest keys to your success.

How long have you had this idea for before you started to look for a logo?

I first started looking for a Logo just a few months after launching Freelance To Win. Unfortunately, I found the process of finding the right designer, understanding the myriad pricing options, and making creative decisions (e.g. choosing the right colors) daunting and confusing. So I put my logo-shopping on hold…for several years. Then I finally found Logojoy. I was skeptical — it almost seemed too good to be true. But it really does work like magic, and I walked away with a great looking logo at an amazing price, with zero hassles. I only wish I’d found it sooner. I’ve already purchased 2 more Logojoy logos, which I’ll be using for upcoming launches. Stay tuned.
