FREE! – Easy to change, image holder layer is Marked in red. Double click on it’s icon, or right click and choose “replace contents” and paste your photo in the window that will open. Save.
Change main text header the same way. It is marked in yellow. It will Displace by itself. If it asks for a displace map, just point to the file “displacement_glass.psd” located in the same folder.
Font used: Gotham (thin, book, medium, black) – http://www.typography.com/fonts/font_styles.php?productLineID=100008
You can use any other font instead, Gotham is a lot like Arial and Arial Bold that you certainly have.
