This highly anticipated sandbox RPG isn’t only arriving soon, it’s also coming with mod support, as Taleworlds details how Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord mods will work, as they admire some of the best mods they’ve seen on Steam from the Mount and Blade series.

Indeed, the Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord release date isn’t far off, as Bannerlord launches on Steam Early Access in March, 2020. Taleworlds opens the discussion to the Mount and Blade community, and specifically those interested in understanding how modding will function in Bannerlord. Although the developers haven’t yet confirmed whether modding will be a part of early access, or if fans will have to wait for the full release.

Modders didn’t waste time when Taleworlds opened up the floor to the community, and after a flurry of questions, along with an expansive list detailing language and tools, we were able to take away some definitive details about how mods will work in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.
