Leaks for Octane have been heating up over the past couple of weeks, and another Apex Legends report says he’s going to launch very soon. The report suggests that the Apex Legends battle pass will release on March 12, and Octane - part of the promotional campaign for the purchase - “should be released either alongside the battle pass or just before it.” That comes via an anonymous source speaking to Daily Esports. The source also provided a higher quality version of a bit of Octane promo art that had hit Reddit earlier in the week - the same image you can see in the header above. Here’s the point where you’re going to be warned to take it with a grain of salt - especially since we’re so early in the life of Apex Legends that we don’t yet know where the reliable leaks are coming from. We’ve already seen leaks and datamines suggesting what to expect from new Legends, including one called Octane. A Redditor posted an image last week shows the Legends section of the game’s store, focused on Octane - the “high speed daredevil.”
