Jump Force Crashing on PC? Here’s How to Fix

Jump force crashing on PC seems to be bothering the majority of the PC community. Crash on the launch and bad_module_info error are the most common errors reported so far.. But still, crashing, freezing, graphics issue, FPS and slow loading is among the long list of problems games encounter when playing this game. For the best gaming experience, follow the following procedure.

Scan the System Requirement

Most of the issues arise when your computer does not meet the required system rule. Ensure your PC meets the small configuration to enjoy Jump force game. If not, you will come across a number of problems as you play the game. Below are the minimum and recommended PC requirements.

Minimum System Need to Play Jump Force

  • You should run a Window 7, 8, or 10.
  • 64-bit architecture
  • Direct X- version 11

  • Intel Core i5-2300, 2.80 GHz / AMD A10-7850K, or 3.70 GHz processor

  • Hard Drive Space of 17GB
  • Onboard chipset or DirectX compatible soundcard
  • Broadband Internet connection

Conduct a Hard Reset

Hard reset in most cases fixes the Jump Force for PC issues. If you are operating a desktop, the only tool you should leave connected is your mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Power off your desktop and unplug the power cable from your computer. If you are o a laptop, unplug the charger. If possible, remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds then plug the power cable back to the computer. If you are on a laptop, return the battery and charger then start the machine and open Jump Force. If the issue is still there, move to the next option.

Upgrade Graphics Driver

Navigate to your system manufacturer website to update soundcard, BIOS and any other vital drivers including graphics card driver.

If you are an NVIDIA user, you can use GeForce experience to check the validation of the drivers.

Run Steam and Jump Force as an Administrator

  • Click on the steam icon on your desktop then click properties.
  • Next, click on compatibility
  • Check the inbox at the bottom of under settings labeled “Run this program as an administrator”
  • Press ‘apply” and hit “Okay”

Wrong DirectX Installation

Install the latest version of Direct X. Direct X is the platform which Jump Force uses to interface with your PC. If Direct X is outdated, it can cause crashing or freezing while playing Jump Force.

Use the Required Settings to Play Jump Force

In general, higher settings will maximize the workload for the system. This applies to even if the system exceeds the minimum system requirement for Jump Force.

It is advisable you go for less graphical features if you are experiencing performance and stability issues.

Restore Game from Steam

  • Switch on your computer and start Steam
  • Proceed to the Library and right-click on the Jump Force game.
  • Select properties from the menu.
  • Select Local Files tab and press on Verify integrity of game files.
  • Steam will verify the integrity of the files although the process may take several minutes.
  • Once verified click play game to finalize repair and installation process.

Uninstall and Reinstall Jump Force

Uninstalling and reinstalling Jump Force game may help fix the issue if the game files have gone corrupt.

  • Start Steam
  • Navigate to the Library
  • Right-click on Jump Force then selects properties from the menu
  • Select Local Files and click uninstall button
  • After the uninstall process is complete restart the system.
  • Finally, reinstall the Jump Force and launch the game.

Reinstall the Windows 10

An outdated OS sometimes causes interruptions when playing Jump Force. When you reinstall Windows 10 may fix the problem. Note that you will lose all the data on your computer when you reinstall the OS.
