Vegan Basics : Rainbow Island (RED Recipes)

I recently decided to do a sort of Rainbow Island. My rules, my reasons. I wanted to celebrate all kinds of people in the world, using colors to do so. First up? Red.
Red. Apparently, it means intensity. Energy and passion and determination. If that's you, let's celebrate you.

Sometimes being stubborn is a gift. At least, that's definitely what I tell to myself sometimes about my own stubborn habits. Your endlessly determined self will achieve things.

The world needs you. The world needs people that latch onto what they believe in. You will chase your passion with the vigor that many only dream of having. You are an endless exerter of energy. That willingness to work, that strive for perfecting the things you do, that is priceless. Your dreams will become reality, and you will be the one to give the world better things. You make ideas come alive. You make messages heard.

RED Verse: "Walk worthy of the calling you have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, accepting one another in love." Ephesians 4:1-2

Red also stands for love. Love is the blanket that can cover all offenses. Love is the hug that sucks in all kinds of people, that enables you to empathize with everyone from all walks of life. My advice for you Reds? Keep using that love. Multiply it beyond measures, and communicate that love so that others may learn to love as well. <3

I woke up embarrassingly late, probably a side effect of being a tad too tired from the beach... Hence, I had brunch and dinner. Today turned out to be fully raw, and here's how to make each. These will be short posts, so no recipe cards, just text posts. (:

Breakfast / Lunch : Fruits

Watermelon, Strawberries, and Rambutans
For the watermelon smoothie I blended watermelon and ice. No measurements, only by eyesight and what was in stock. (: I ate a lot, had to carb up, you know? :P

Dinner - Strawberry Nicecream and Tomato Bowls

I had a heck of a lot of strawberry banana Ice Cream. That stuff is good. Just strawberries and bananas processed together. Again, didn't measure or count. But if I was still hungry, I made more! And I also chopped up tomatoes into red bell peppers. That was good. But the bell pepper ice cream cone? Surprisingly fantastic! A MESS to eat, but putting some nanaicecream in a capiscum and eating that sweet and crunchy combo is actually quite a fantastic treat.
