Eek, it’s October – one of our favourite months because it’s Halloween! Isn’t it exciting? There’s so much to look forward to this month. Just think of all the pumpkin. All the sweet treats. All the fun. And all the cosy nights in to be had. Even if you don’t celebrate Halloween for traditional reasons, it’s a great opportunity to get creative. Especially with the delicious array of Seasonal food this month. Plus, Halloween’s a great excuse to meet up, dress up and have a laugh with friends…

October means Autumn’s now in full swing here in the U.K and with it, nature brings us a gorgeous palette of colour to enjoy! And a glorious list of Seasonal Food to gorge on. This month you can welcome in unique varieties of apple. Bask in the orange glow of pumpkins. And gobble down the nutrient-rich figs and root veg. But that’s not all.
