Sharknado: The Food

After living through Sharknado, back in 2014, Mangus and  family celebrated the debut of Syfy's Sharknado 2: The Second One, with a Sharknado party. While my wife credits herself with the creation of the dishes, know full well that I, Mangus, sculpted the romaine lettuce water spouts. I also served as art director on the boxed fish fillet sharks.

water spouts, blue tortilla shark fins, and Landshark beer

More Sharknado 2 food -- Shark fin fish fillets and gummy shark jello pools

In 2015, we weren't feeling so great, so the party for Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! consisted of fish sticks on a plate with some Bugles stuck in coleslaw. In defense of the presentation, it was homemade coleslaw.

I believe the Bugles on the right represent defeated Sharknados
Even under the weather, we still had jello pools. Wait. Under the weather?
Yes, it's a shark. What do you think it was?

Now, we're older. Wiser. More sophisticated. The potato puffs are organic. And it's time for Sharknado: The 4th Awakens. Featured beer is Lost Coast Brewery's Great White. 'Cause it's a shark.
Get it?

Swedish fish in jello? No, the illusive Swedish red shark, for Sharknado 4.
I don't know if there will be a Sharknado 5, but if so, the addition of sand tornadoes, cownadoes, electricnadoes and glowing green nuclearnadoes from The 4th Awakens provides me with more design fodder to play with for 2017. Maybe I'll even retire the Bugles.

Just know, there will be Jell-o.
