are Powerful powerful pirates that have allied themselves with the World Government. There are benefits and conditions that a warlord gets from the government this includes the removal of wanted posters and bounty. Some warlords like Boa Hancock have a condition that restraints ships from coming closer to Amazon Lily and Jinbe and his crew got a pardon.
