The Flash is about to get a little more magical. Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter movies) joins the cast of season 3 in an exciting new role. Felton plays Julian Albert, Barry's newest co-worker at the CCPD. Barry is surprised by Julian's immediate hostility towards him.
