SUPERGIRL is switching from CBS to The CW, forming together with ARROW, THE FLASH and LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, but she won’t be coming to The CW alone as Superman will be quick in tow as well.

Tyler Hoechlin landed the role as Clark Kent/Superman for the SUPERGIRL second season, plus we have our first look of his version standing side by side with cousin Kara:

It looks like Hoechlin’s Superman is keeping the costume close to the comics with the reds and blues but also matching the similar line style to SUPERGIRL’s.

With the Man of Steel entering The CW framework, could this mean we’ll see Batman maybe make an appearance somehow as well? This could possibly happen, especially with the rumours we’ll be seeing Oracle and Batwoman in The CW DC universe.

SUPERGIRL returns for its second season on October 10.
