Ryan Murphy made a quirky and comedic horror series in the similar light as the 90’s Scream films for FOX and of course it managed to gain a second season. We already know Jamie Lee Curtis is joining the second season, but it looks like we’re also seeing Jerry O’Connell appear as well.

O’Connell will be a recurring character in whats being labeled as a ‘mystery role’ and that’s as much as we know so far, but the new series will feature in a hospital owned by Curtis’ character, with new additions Laura Bell Bundy, John Stamos, Taylor Lautner, James Earl, Colton Haynes, and Cecily Strong all joining as well.

Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer, Abigail Breslin and Billie Lourd are all set to return for the second season, who’ll all be working for Curtis in the hospital, but of course at some point there’ll be plenty of murdering going on in the meantime. Could it be the red devil once again?

SCREAM QUEENS returns for it’s second season later this year.
