Already in the news today with the announcement she’ll be the new Tomb Raider, one of Alicia Vikander’s upcoming films, Tulip Fever, in which she stars opposite Dane DeHaan, has released its first trailer.

Adapted from Deborah Moggach’s novel by Tom Stoppard, Tulip FEVER sees Vikander play Sophie who’s married to Cornelis Zandvoot (Christoph Waltz), a succesful merchant who tells Sophie he will help her after she grew up in an orphanage. Clearly, however, she’s not happy and her emotions are only heightened when artist Jan Van Loos (DeHaan) is commissioned to paint their portraits.

The film was shot way back in 2014 by Justin Chadwick and also boasts Jack O’Connell, Judi Dench, Cara Delevinge and Holliday Grainger and is now finding its way to screens with the U.S. seeing it from July 15th but no date set for the UK as of yet.
