This movie was announced at Amaravathi on April 8th on the occasion of Ugadi and launched in Hyderabad in the presence of celebrities like KCR, Venkatesh, Chiranjeevi among others. This movie will be directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi and Y. Rajeev Reddy under their banner First First Frame Entertainment banner. Music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.The film is based on the history of 2nd century Satavahana ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni.
