A series of Black Women were being killed off in their homes in the East Oakland area...81st and 83rd streets in the poor section. So people started calling this psychotic person The Ghetto Killer. He or she kills their victims by strangulation. There was no sign of break-in. So the police are looking for a people who uses their job as a way to enter homes.

The police arrested Qian Latic, a racist. He used to work for a Bay Area plumbing company. He confessed to killing all those black women. What he told the police seemed straight from a comic book. Mr. Latic was placed in a hospital. The police are still looking for the killer and can use your help.
