I'll be doing some experimenting to see if I can possibly find something I'd like to do here at my blog. I have been wanting to revamp my blog some if I can.
I also wanted to talk about something. I work for a Cleaning service. I found out around six weeks ago that my boss lost the Contract at the State Office that I clean. This is where most of my hours are at. I had actually been cleaning this building since before this man took over. I had worked for the previous holder of the contract. This man here kept us on when he got the contract.
I've been really stressed out the last six weeks wondering who had gotten the contract. We heard a lot of rumors. We finally found out who got it. I do know the man. I've always had good dealings with him. I just don't know yet whether he plans to keep me and my co-worker on or not. If he does, I also don't know if he will cut our pay and hours.
I definitely don't want to lose this job. I really depend on it. Besides this particular place I clean, I clean a bank for one hour a night. I sure can't live off of one hour a night. I need more hours. I can't afford to lose this cleaning job at the state office. I'm also hoping if he keeps us on that he won't cut our hours or pay. It's been a struggle as it is. It would be even harder on me then. With the economy being in the dumps, it's hard to find other work around here. I know people who have been out of work for a year or more now. There just aren't jobs around. I hate to think of having to try to find something.
I don't often get personal at the blog. I did want to share what's going on in my life with my friends here. I hope you will keep me in your thoughts and/or prayers. I really would appreciate it so much. Thanks. God bless you.
